What are Your goals? Making the Most of Your Rehabilitation
Hope and positive thinking are two key elements in rehabilitation. Seeing rehabilitation as a challenge, a journey and opportunity to grow and develop. Scientific evidence is showing use of activities that have a positive meaning and purpose to the person can improve their outlook and result in greater benefits during recovery.
